Afterwards we adjounred to the Bendalong Tourist Park where there was to be a barbeque to celebrate. But the weather was less than optimum for an outdoor event. However Yvonne managed to secure the use of the cottage - a large building with kitchen, bedrooms, a large common room and a covered barbeque area. So the event was moved there.

The greenish colour is due to the plastic sheeting above - in this area it is green, which is not generally a good colour for cooking areas.
The food's coming along. Having a gas barbeque was very convenient. Finding dry wood could have been quite a challenge on this day.
Food is starting to appear on the table, still with the gaggle of preparers in the kitchen, while Michelle and Flynn come by to check things out.
Michelle is letting Cooper suck on the chocolate part of Cecelie's chocolate coated strawberries, while Ol looks on and Peter looks elsewhere.
Cooper seems to really like this chocolate stuff! Perhaps he's already addicted.
Flynn looks decidely worried while enjoying a lamnington. The reason is not at all obvious...

Flynn likes the game where he sits on Peter's legs, then Peter spreads his legs apart and Flynn drops down. Flynn could play that for hours, as is the way of children.
