The Prize Draw

St. John Vianney 30th Birthday - Fr. Heric drawing bat

Father Heric has drawn the winning ticket and is passing it to Father Kevin to announce the lucky winner. It was not me as I did not buy a ticket. I would not have known what to do with the bat anyway, so figured it would be nicer to have the winner appreciate the prize.

And Jesus Laughed

After lunch we were offered a wonderful presentation by Nick Weber, a friend of Father Kevin. They met when working in a circus! Nick's presentation, explaining how laughter is missing from the Gospels, was both very enjoyable and thought provoking.
