This is really the front of the front house. The right hand side is being lifted by the roots of the tree which is just visible on the right. It's not a serious problem, as the plan is to demolish it in a year or so, and build something more appropriate.

The reason for buying this home is the view from the front! The Woronora River comes right up to the front lawn. Apparently at low tide, there is a small beach at the bottom of the steps.
