Another Seattle water supply source is the Tolt River, which flows past the town of Carnation (the place where Carnation milk was invented) to join the Snoqualmie River.
The Tolt River, at low tide so to speak. The end of a long and delightful summer, when river flows are at their lowest.
As the real estate people say, location, location, location for this home, overlooking the junction of the Tolt (flowing from behind the camera) and Snoqualmie (flowing left to right) Rivers.
A lazy summer afternoon, looking upstream on the Snoqualmie River.
Looking downstream on the Snoqualmie River. And enjoying a spot of fishing too!
A great way to get around in such nice weather.
