Cedar Falls

Cedar Falls is an area just outside North Bend, which is located on Interstate 90, heading east from Seattle. It was an early source of fresh water for Seattle, as it's history shows.

City Cabin

Old loggers cabin from Cedar Falls, WA

The sign in front of this cabin says:

This cabin was built in July 1914 near the confluence of the north and south forks of the Cedar River, approximately 14 miles (22 km) southeast of this location. It was used until about 1950 by timber cruisers, fire patrols, surveyors and other personnel working in the upper Cedar River Watershed. The cabin was moved here in 1963 after the area where it was located was logged.
