Christmas Day was on a Sunday this year, and various family obligations meant a rather quieter Christmas than is often the case. Kelly and family were spending Christmas with Glenn's parents at Batemans Bay, while Jake and Flynn were off to their father's before heading up the north coast for holidays. So we had a traditional, though smaller, opening of gifts on Christmas morning with Michelle and the boys, before Yvonne, Peter and I headed off to Revesby Workers for Christmas Dinner. And delightful it was!
Apart from Christmas dinner, which was my present for this year, Michelle and the boys gave me a litre bottle of Baileys and an orchid. The orchid is still flowering a month later.
