Lily & Peter in Como

On Saturday, July 2nd, Peter and Lily came over to Como. So we went to the Marina for coffee or an ice block, then onto the Como Pleasure Grounds to let Lily run off some steam.

Peter and Lily looking at the river. Lily was looking for little fish, some of which we had seen earlier. But in limited quantities.

Likely something caught Lily's attention to the rear.

Lily, naturally, wanted to climb up the rocks, where she likes this position. It overlooks the Marina, pool and (naturally) river. But it also has a rock suitable as a seat for her, and it has a handly supply of a type of vegetation which has long, narrow leaves, which can be split along their length. Even by am almost 3 year old.

Lily using the sand to cover her feet, while the little boy seems to be trying the same idea, but without sitting down to make it easier.

Lily still busy covering her feet with sand, even though they are quite well covered. And looking pleased with her works.

Lily does look pleased with the result, but thinking "Hurry up with all these photos. And can I see it now?"

After this it was time to head home; Peter dropped me off on the way then continued on home.

Peter and I spent some time with Lily, firstly at the Marina cafe, then at the Como Pleasure Grounds.
