February 1st, 2011, and Cooper Wallace starts school. So it was time for a family congregation of sorts. Peter and I arrived to send him on his way; Yvonne would have come too, but she had a migraine, and likely will be out of action for a day or so.
The people in the family who are
not
going to school today: Glenn and Kelly with Lily, who starts at
Bambino's
shortly.
Mother and daughter, though the Lily seems more interested in something
else, probably whatever Cooper was doing.

We didn't even have a phone on my first day of school, and here is
a new school starter talking on a mobile. Things have really changed in
the last 55 years!
A little bonding here - Dandy and Cooper, who is intentently watching
as Peter sends some photos from this morning via his phone.
Lily is about to perform some tricks on the lounge, but mum's in the way.
It's time to take Cooper to school - don't want to be late on the
very first day. This first day is a family affair - a non-work day
for Kelly and Glenn.
One of those photos that Lily will likely not like in about 10 years.
Too late - it's around now for quite a while.
