This is Cooper's last year in Bambino's pre-school, as he starts school next year. And today was his end of year concert, in which the children dance in various groups on the stage.
Lily on Kelly's lap, with Glenn, Yvonne and Peter. Copper was already up the front with the other "performers".
Lily in close up on Kelly's lap, with Glenn looking on. Lily was rather tired, and not quite her bubbly self. Though that did not stop her wanting to be on the stage, with or without Cooper!
The photos are a bit unfair, as the dynamic aspect of the children's enthusiasm does not show. They are not very synchronised, but then they are also the youngest performers. And some are more energetic than others.
A closer view of some of the Dragonflies, performing, I suspect, Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star. I did notice a few of the audience were singing along :-) The writing on the boy in the middle's red tee shirt says "Santa, I can explain"
Then came a mass danceathon to that old favourite "Do The Hokey Pokey". Some of the children were more hokey pokey than others, but they seemed to enjoy themselves.
Here, the children were counting using their fingers as the singer went through the numbers 1 to 9 in the song Can You Point Your Fingers? Judging from Cooper's fingers (left hand), I'd say they were up to three.
Cooper during the singing of Jingle Bells. Not sure why he has that look - perhaps checking to see family is still looking at him, something he did several times.
