For reasons I don't recall, we missed celebrating Glenn's birthday on the correct day, so it was rescheduled to the next week. And, as usually, combined with the semi-regular Illawong family dinner.
Flynn was dressed for Crazy Hair Day. Alas, by this time, his batteries were running low, and hence his usual bouncy self was not emulating the energizer bunny.
But Cooper was another story. And he was proud to show off his newest skill - climbing down the stairs, as shown in this sequence.
Smile for the camera! And see how clever I am - I can come down the stairs AND smile and look at the camera at the same time!

Ah, nothing like a still shot to show strange looks - the objective here is to have Cooper run his finger up and down over his lips while making a "brrrrr" type sound. And he can almost do it!
And what is Cooper thinking about?
Peter teaching Cooper to clap hands, which I think he can sort of do anyway. But at his age, a bit more learning time doesn't go astray. And he is walking a lot more now. Kelly even said he was running after Tynan the other day. For some value of running, anyway.
Meanwhile, worn out Flynn was trying to get some sleep on the lounge, while the papparazzi just wouldn't leave him alone.
