Jumping

After lunch, there was a general migration towards the end of the beach, where there was a small cliff from which the youngsters were jumping onto the beach sand. So we headed over there too.

And the ever thoughtful Giles gives a helping hand to a little one who is taking a big jump!

And Flynn decided he would prefer this smaller "jump". But, being Flynn, it was done with great vigour!

Why it's not a good idea to feed seagulls. There's one just above this lady's head, in a very dangerous location!

As you can see, the clouds were coming back in, and the day was starting to cool off, so it was time to head back home. We took the coast road back, including the new Seacliff Bridge. It's slower than the freeway, but much more scenic. Overall, it was a very pleasant few hours, and very relaxing too.
