Christmas Tree Decorating

On Thursday, December 8th, Yvonne looked after Jake and Flynn while Michelle was working. So, that afternoon, it was time to put up the Christmas tree and decorate it. As Flynn was asleep, it was up to Jake to assist!

Higher up decorations require standing on the chair, which in turn requires a bit of assistance so that Jake does not fall off the chair and onto the tree, which would make a real mess!

But some higher up decorations can be reached with a bit of a stretch.

Concentration is required for this decorating business.

But Jake can easily (probably more easily than adults!) reach the lower levels of the tree.

But the decorations in the middle are the easiest to attach, but do require concentrating for a four year old to keep them in place without falling off.

Ah, time to wrap the tinsel around the tree. This requires two people to stop it being twisted and wrapped around the wrong parts.
