Mother's Day was Sunday, May 8th. There was a quiet celebration at The Currey's - Cecelie, Peter, Natalie and Louise. Keiran and Natalie were soon to head off to London for 2 or more years, so this was a nice time to arrange a family gathering before the big departure. Alas, Keiran was unable to attend.

Cameron is holding on to Flynn while they watch Jake ride fast around the pool. I don't recall why Flynn isn't riding his Buzz Lightyear bike - perhaps because it was considered too dangerous for him to be near the pool.
Jake is waiting for the green light to ride around again. Usually this requires us to pay attention to him, and I suspect that's what he's trying to do here.
Now was time for dessert - Cecelie cutting the pavlova. Yum - I don't recall the last time I had such a treat!

By this time we were full, and so it was time to head on home. Thanks again to the Curreys for some excellent hospitality.
