Judy gave me this fuschia for my birthday. As these don't like direct heat, it needed to go on the north (front) side of the house, so here it is, sitting near the front door.

Meanwhile, in the back yard, the barberry bushes have produced some berries. I am surprised the birds haven't found them yet; perhaps I just haven't noticed.
