There are no dates available for these photos, however the files all have a date of October 4th, 1998. They certainly look like summer photos, but it could be over a period of some months.
NE 151st Court, looking east. Phan's house-to-be (right) is moving along
Phan's house-to-be is moving along, although there is still landscaping, and painting to go.
Ah, memories. Of the sales building, and the northern wall of lot 39's home falling onto the almost completed lot 38. This is the scene from my front door.
A better view of the wayward wall. That's a large area to withstand any sort of southerly wind, so it's not too surprising that it succumbed. There was no damage the almost completed house.
Building everywhere! All those houses under construction, including Lot 11 on the right - the house that took a long time to finish. This is the view from the north west bedroom.
Phan's house-to-be on Lot 1 is moving along - the roof is in place, the siding is complete. The roof was not well installed, and was a continuing source of shakes falling off.
Lot 39's fallen wall has long since been restored, and the upstairs frame has been completed - visible here on the left. And Lot 11 on the right is further ahead too.
Construction in NE 151st Court. Lot 11 (left), and Lot 9 are moving right along.
How time flies! Work is now starting on Lot 12 - the corner lot opposite. The site was lowered a little, and a very large rock retaining wall was built on the higher end - against Lot 11. The detailed view shows the large machinery to move the rocks around. Unfortunately, the rock wall was placed in the wrong position, and was later moved a bit more to the right of this photo.
Lot 11 has a roof, as does Lot 9 in this view from the north eastern bedroom.
